Towards the end of the year, state policy changes tend to slow,but we do have important telehealth updates from New York, the District of Columbia, Massachusetts, and Wisconsin. This update also includes critical federal policy updates as well as a new initiative from Democratic Governors.
With legislative sessions underway, state policy updates have been categorized via theme instead of individual state. Given the end of state legislative sessions over this past quarter, there are many state and federal policy updates. These include updates in states that allow for TMAB access (CA, CO, MA, MI, NY, VT, VA, ME, MD, OH) as well as states that restrict TMAB access (AZ, MO, LA) and important federal updates related to the FDA, FCC, and critical Congressional rollbacks, including to the Digital Equity Act and the impact of OBBA.
